Terry Farr Real Estate School is part of the RealtyU^® network of real estate schools and colleges. The network of affiliated real estate education schools serves 40 states with over 120 campuses across Northern America. Collectively, RealtyU^® has over 400 qualified and licensed real estate educators that offer more than 6,000 different real estate classes and programs every year. Although each real estate school is independently owned and operated, schools closely cooperate on various levels, especially with regard to creating and approving new courses, technology, online real estate courses, national contracts, marketing and educational R&D. RealtyU^® educated 250,000 real estate brokers and agents in 2004, making it the largest real estate education network in the real estate industry. Real Estate Apprentice

Terry Farr Real Estate School is a sponsor of the Real Estate Apprentice Grant. The Real Estate Apprentice Grant was formed in 2004 by The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation as a non-profit venture to assist newly licensed agents entering the real estate industry. The purpose is to help them in overcoming their fears and the obstacles that so often confront the new agent. The Real Estate Apprentice is a facilitator to help them become top producing real estate agents by providing quality guidance, education, products and services and to help guide them on a successful fast track to profitability. Every year 20 bi-annual grants, totaling over $250,000, are awarded with no strings attached.
